Mô Tả Công Việc
***Role Description
The manager – Medical Products manages and guides a cross-functional team to generate and implement new product initiatives and increase the profitability of existing products. He/she conducts benchmarking, market and product analysis and competitive and trends analysis. He/she is also responsible for the product planning and execution through the product life cycles to ensure that the profit margin and principal’s satisfaction goals are achieved.
***Key Result Areas
1. Target Achievement
- Analyse, update and track principal performance metrics for assigned products / product category
- Conduct business reviews with principals to evaluate sales performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of daily business activity between principals and the organisation to proactively identify and resolve barriers to continued growth
- Monitor and review targets, KPIs and other performance metrics.
2. Market Opportunity Identification & Development
- Study and monitor market conditions for sound and timely purchase decision and short- to medium-term planning
- Identify the unique value proposition and differentiators of the organisation and compare against other players in the market
- Assess, quantify and qualify existing and potential markets and/or segments
3. Strategic Business Planning
- Execute business development activities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
- Conduct research to analyse new or existing business initiatives to ensure they are relevant and effective
4. KOL Engagement & Development
- Collaborate with KOLs including principals on all operational matters; and build trusting and sustainable partnerships
- Manage KOL database
- Stay abreast with KOLs, market and product activities
5. Event and Workshop Management
- Participate in industry conference, speaking engagements, social media and other channels
- Organise engagement activities with KOLs
- Conduct post event evaluation procedures and activities.
- Collate and tabulate post event evaluation results
6. Agency & Product Development
- Work closely with principals on day-to-day operational matters
- Manage and coordinate the product planning and execution of the entire product lifecycle for assigned products / product category
- Collaborate with cross-functional team on product definition, positioning and roadmaps
- Advocate for the customer, keeping their interest in mind at all times
- Manage the launch of all assigned products / product category
- Introduce products into new and existing markets; support sales team on key opportunities.
7. Strategic Analysis on Product and Market
- Track and update product performance to identify business gaps and potential pitfalls
- Maintain product and market knowledge of assigned products / product category; keep abreast of market trends
- Assist in the identification of new market opportunities and development of new product roadmaps
8. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and production schedules for assigned products / product category
- Work closely with cross-functional team to forecast and review inventory levels to ensure optimal working capital.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
***Qualifications
- Ideal candidates should graduate from Medical Universities, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing or similar fields.
- Excellent knowledge in Diagnostic Imaging and/or ICU products.
•Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing product lifecycle strategies with seamless coordination with sales and other functions for a successful launch
•Excellent command of Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken
•Ability to travel both locally and internationally as required
