- Manage finish good delivery by planing, implementing, monitoring and co-ordinating with customer service department and other function to ensure that delivery is on time as confirm schedule, Satisfied customer expectation at lowest cost

- Overall control import, export procedures by monitoring forwarding to ensure the imported good or exported goods arrived or delivered on time as per agreed schedule at lowest cost

- Built up the procedures to solve import, export department

- Contact with forwarders to solve import, export problems(if any)

- Warning management in good time to ensure materials are used or export before expiring date

- Checking summary of import payment from bonus ware house

- Check and confirm debit note form forwarder monthly

- Check and confirm debit note form others forwarders

- Following up Finish goods stock status, packing schedule to request customer sevice issue SI to ship out ASAP

- Following up production schedule, push production to ensure to delivery goods on time

- Organize sending sample to compay's customers by bulk sea and air

- Looking for sea freight, air freight and advising to BOD the best price

- Checking loading ability for export shipment

- Plan and control im&ex cost

- Follow up the stock status of RM àn give out the solution to clear stock on time

- Send the report for material, extra cost to BOD monthly

Perform other duties as assigned:

- Review and sign all document relevant to C/O as sale contract, commercial invoice, packing list, ect

- Review and sign all document for customs clearance purpose as sales contract, commercial invoice, packing list, B/L ect

- Review and sign all documents for confirmation the origin of wood and products of wood as sales contract, commercial
invoice, packing list, B/L ect

Responsibilities:

- Handle all jobs listed above

- Report to BOD

- Ensure import export activities run smoothly

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree

- Exprience in manufacturing company

- 5 years stay in the same positon (manage from 5 staffs)

- Have a knowledge of transportation(local/export/import), strong management

- Conversant in English

- Proficient skills in MS Office

- The ability to analyze and solve problems, and time management and implementation capacity
