* Job Title : Sales Executive

A. POSITION SUMMARY
Achieve sales, gross margin, collection and customer service targets set by company.
B. JOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve annual budgeted sales target.
2. Attend to sales enquiry, meet prospect to discuss requirement, offer technical advice,
negotiate commercial terms and close deal.
3. Prepare costing and quotation for approval and present to customer within agreed time
frame.
4. Creates (new) customers’ account & Credit Application.
5. Create & maintain material information in the SAP system.
6. Maintain accurate pricing & revisions, both internal& at customers’ end.
7. Coordinate/work closely with Finance/Credit Controller & CS on all collection/
payment matters.
8. Collect information about market, competitions, customers and any other that may
impact our business.
9. Advise customer in product design, material selection, testing and any other technical
help he needs to close the deal.
10. Maintain good customer relation including regular visits.
11. Handle customers' complaints, feedback to our relevant department(s) for remedial
actions and ensure that follow up action is carried out as agreed and to the customer’s
satisfaction.
12. Other tasks as assigned by superior.

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate as
below:
- Attractive salary.
- 13th month salary, annual performance bonus, long – term - award as our
company & Group's policy.
- Insurance is complied with applicable law. In addition, probation is also entitled
to Social Insurance, Heathcare Insurance & Unemployement insurance. Besides,
we also provide beneficiary insurance (workmen compensation insurance,
hospitalization and surgical insurance, out – patient and dental treatment
insurance).
-Free lunch meal.
-Average two Saturdays and four Sundays off per month.
- Annual leave for 1st working year will be (14 days, annual leave shall be entitled
to one (1) additional day up to a maximum of twenty one (21) days with each
additional consecutive year of service.
- Other benefits container as required by Law and our company & Group policy.

- An university education.
- At least two years of experience
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Competent in Computer, MS Office etc..
- Competent in English (oral & written)
- Self motivated, willing to learn & work hard
- Creative, analytical & entrepreneurial
- Reside near company location is preferred.
