Position Summary

Provide technical services activities included of installing, servicing, repairing, maintaining equipment, parts assembly, pre-delivery inspection, commissioning, trouble-shooting technical fault of our products to ensure customer satisfaction as well as to meet required safety standards.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Technical Support, Quality and Service Standards

Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This includes making recommendations for solutions and parts whenever necessary.

Perform troubleshooting for technical faults and provide the solution to resolve the problems to ensure smooth project execution.

Perform and complete all service jobs as assigned, ensuring equipment is in good condition before handing over to customer.

Work in co-operation with manager and colleagues to fulfill T&I Quality and Service Standards for satisfactory level of customer service in meeting the expectations of external customers.

Support part sales to clarify correct part number to quote for customer

Records and Documentation

Be responsible for recording and providing accurate and complete service reports upon completion of every service jobs or visits to administration team to follow up on warranty claim where appropriate.

Prepare and upkeep all equipment related documents in accordance with the documentation system and procedure of T&I.

EHS and Housekeeping

Maintain good housekeeping and discipline within the office premises to keep workplace clean and tidy at all times.

Act responsibly at all times to comply with the Company’s ISO/OHSAS Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures and work instructions.
