Mô tả công việc
- Have knowledge of bakery items concerning ingredients, baking techniques, food preparation, and some western food knowledge.
- Operate all utensils and machinery in his/her assigned section.
- Work according to standard recipes and train others.
- Check product prepared by his/her subordinates and correct any mistakes immediately.
- Ensure production and quality to Joma standard.
- Control for minimum spoilage.
- Manage bakery and production staff and organize staff working schedules.
- Oversee staff recruitment, orientation, training new staff as well as potential staff to promote staff.
- Give out improve process in working with internal and external departments.
- Cooperate with R&D departments on developing various bakery recipes for main and seasonal menus.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Certificates of Bakery or Kitchen Profession
- Have 1 – 2 years of experience on bakery management
- Knowledge and experience in applying HACCP or ISO standards
- Have basic English skill in communication
