Mô Tả Công Việc
1. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Ensure daily operation & production by execute QC procedures and work instruction to ensure the quality of Raw Materials and Finished Goods in specification with safe and compliance to Laboratory safety standard.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Ensure daily operation & production in the high safety condition for whole production chain including machine and equipment, work-man ship, assets & goods/material...
· Manage production team and execute together with team to deliver product output requirement OTIF with in quantity, quality requested, also company operations target under EHS standard, working procedures and ISO procedure.
· Manage team to deliver yearly and individual objectives/KPI.
· Work with superior to develop functional expertise and build up team strength.
· Work with line manager to deliver effective production planning to meet customers’ needs.
· Create and release production schedule, production order, complete production order and stock adjustment.
· Cooperate with other departments to deliver the company targets & coherence with business strategy.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Bachelor’s degree in chemistry with minimum 3-5 years working experience in chemical plant. Prefer industry experience in Paint, thinner, and ink, candidate with automation and storage tank operation experience is also preferred.
· Experiences of working in Ex-proof factory is a plus, knowledge towards electrostatic and chemical safety is required.
· Forklift truck driving license is advantage.
· Good leadership, interpersonal and motivational skill due to job holder has to manage day to day operations under pressure to deliver agreed delivery plan.
· Good problem solving analysis & ad-hoc controlling.
· Good analytical, communication and win-win negotiation skill as job holder need to work closely with other team to prepare effective production schedule in each month and review if necessary.
· Can work independently & also good in team collaboration.
· Strong in planning & solution offering.
· Strong in EHS leading.
· Fair to good in both written and spoken English.
