Mô Tả Công Việc

Daily task:
1. Ensure day-to day activity in proper manner.
2. Ensure all incoming and outgoing files will be in the correct administration system
3. Support and Coordinate of pre-screen for any responses, data and communications
4. Handle Visitor Pass for VIP guest
5. Supporting Manager and Ass. Manager in Planning and Business Development Department
6. Supporting GA department fulfill daily needs of company
7. Handle the correspondences with external parties

Weekly task:
1. Report all Schedules, activity and confirms appointments
2. Supporting Warehouse take care BC 23 documents
3. Finding data to related institution

Monthly task
1. Act as a liaison to forward information to company relation
2. Conduct an audit office equipment, which needed and which ones do not need or the addition of equipment and office facilities
3. Maintain relationship with Immigration and Custom.
4. Negotiate with institution related to LDF
5. Make relationship with Lounge in airport and other duty free shop
6. Handle reimbursements of BOD
7. Handle some of company’s legality document
8. Arrange meeting with other institution
9. Handle the arrival of head quarter from Korea

- Educational Requirements: Korean Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of progressively responsible and directly related to translating for planning and sales event experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years translating, interpreting experience, including direct co-work in sales, planning.
- Critical Skills: Expert in Korean translating, interpreting , multilingual speaking ability in English, Japanese, Mandarin or Russian preferred
