Nationality: Vietnamese
Fluent in English and Korean. (Proficiency in advanced level English and Korean required)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, etc. preferred
At least 3 years' experience managing local staff and organizational operations
Understanding of AI, SaaS, or IT solution industries, with hands-on sales or marketing experience
Able to commute to and from the Ho Chi Minh City office
[Preference]: 5+ years' experience as a Branch Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role, acquired through full-time employment at a company (freelance experience excluded)
[Preference]: Experience in accounting and finance management, including tax and compliance operations
[Preference]: Experience designing and managing HR systems and handling labor relations issues
[Preference]: Experience operating a subsidiary or branch of a multinational company
[Preference]: Strong local network in Vietnam and experience with government or public-sector projects
