Professional Services (Deployments/Implementation)

• Provide expert guidance on Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
• Assist in the development of Cloud Adoption Framework Plans and conduct Business Impact Analyses to assess the implications of cloud migration.
• Conduct Well-Architected Reviews of existing cloud architectures and generate detailed reports to optimize performance, security, reliability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of current IT environments, generate Migration Assessment Reports, and propose migration strategies tailored to business needs and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed Migration Plans including Application Dependency Mapping Reports to ensure smooth and successful migration to the cloud.
• Design Cloud Landing Zones that provide scalable, resilient, and secure environments, considering factors like compliance, governance, and performance.
• Create As-Built Documents and Migration Execution Plans to document and execute migration processes accurately and efficiently.
• Draft Cloud Migration Runbooks detailing step-by-step procedures, best practices, and considerations for migrating applications and workloads to Azure.
• Design Cloud Network and Security Architectures to establish robust and reliable network connectivity and implement effective security measures to protect cloud environments and data.
• Hands-on experience on the:
o Application Modernization Services
o License Assessment
o Cloud Migration Target Cloud Sizing Sheets, Target Architecture
o Billing, spend management, incident & service request management.

Support Services (Managed Services):

• Provide third-line support and technical leadership for Azure cloud environments, resolving complex technical issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the development and management of Cloud Management Portals, designing solutions to enhance monitoring, management, and automation capabilities.
• Define and enforce comprehensive Cloud Security and Compliance Policies, collaborating with stakeholders to address security and compliance requirements.
• Drive the implementation of robust Cloud Governance Frameworks, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to standards and optimize resource utilization.
• Mentor and coach Level 1 and Level 2 support teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance and capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Azure cloud services and technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts for major incidents, identifying underlying issues and implementing preventive measures to minimize recurrence.

• Strong expertise in Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, architecture, and best practices.
• Experience in providing advisory services for cloud architectures, solutions, and migrations.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments, generating reports, and developing migration plans.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud environments, including Cloud Landing Zones.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating detailed reports, plans, and runbooks.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and security principles and practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Collaborate effectively with both local and remote teams working in different time zone.

Support Services (Managed Services):
• Expertise in Azure cloud services, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in cloud management tools and platforms, including automation and orchestration.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and influence change.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud consulting, architecture, or similar roles.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cloud operations or a similar role, with a focus on Azure.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering cloud advisory and migration projects.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud management solutions and governance frameworks.
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive cloud adoption initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex technical environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience with cloud migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.

Advanced certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are highly desirable.
