Work summary:

To assist Senior QA Executive/ QA Manager in supervising QC team and participate in activities associated with production quality issue

Primary accountabilities:

• Follow up on NCR process from initiated until it closed and make sure they are implemented following the SOP.

• Perform quality verification of materials and summarize monthly report.

• Carry out online QC audit to determine whether the SOPs are implemented properly and consistently.

• Verify QC inspection records, correct and provide refreshing training to QC if any.

• Conduct periodical QC competence test to make sure QCs are competent at their job, provide trainings is necessary.

• Perform shipping samples inspection and make monthly summary.

• Conduct investigation of quality issue regarding internal and external (customer complaint) and make a report.

• Perform process parameter audit and alarm relevant PIC when there is any out of control limits.

• Ensure all relevant MME sent out for external calibration as planned.

• Perform periodically internal verification of MME and make a report.

• Prepare shipping samples and samples for XRF testing to MY as planned.

• Support quality inspection/ testing of new product during qualification process.

• Maintain QAQC documentation to comply with ISO standard & customer requirements. Prepare/ revise it if any.

• Perform microbiological test (Easicult test) for finished goods and raw materials.

• Prepare daily quality report & report it during Production meeting.

• Liaise with HR Department regarding admin & QC’s personal issues.

• Maintain and renew limit/ approved samples.

• Monitor & report FIFO audit at Production processes.

• Handle or support customer complaint.

Secondary accountabilities:

• Maintain 5S at QAQC workplace and work on corrective action when there is any finding.

• Performed other task required by Management level.
