• Research, gather, and understand technical information from various sources, including engineering specifications, product prototypes, and interviews with subject matter experts.
• Write and edit user guides, installation manuals, API documentation, release notes, and other technical documents to meet the needs of different audiences.
• Organize and structure information in a logical and user-friendly manner, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of the documentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to create effective content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.
• Take part in the product release process, continuously update and maintain existing documentation to reflect product changes, enhancements, and updates.
• Conduct regular reviews and quality checks to ensure consistency, adherence to style guides, and compliance with industry standards.

• University Degree Qualified in a Tech or Business field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, preferably in the technology/payment industry.
• IELTS 6.0 or equivalent would be beneficial.
• Experience working in the payments and/or financial services industries an advantage.

• Experience working with Australian customers and understanding the Australian culture is an advantage.

KEY SKILLS
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively translate them into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
• Creative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
