Primary Objective:

- Process accounting for tenants at the store

- Manage and keep the facility safe, secure and comfortable

- Manage several expenses

Key Activities:

- Admin

- Facility Management

Roles and responsibilities:

Admin:

•Manage tenant employee information.

•Implement orientation for new tenant employees.

•Manage facilities for tenant employees.

•Carry out daily and monthly tasks to determine sales, rents, and expenses

Facility Management

•Check and coordinate tenants for disaster prevention with the third party.

•Check and coordinate tenants to ensure hygiene standards with the third party

•Support Supervisor's work

Others: perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

•Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Economics or relevant fields)

•At least 1 year of experience in relevant fields.

•Good computer skills (especially Excel)

•Good analytical skills

•Good communication skills

•Experience in Accounting is preferred
