Task:

• Assist Manager for Plan, create and manage the overall Quality & EHS strategy to meet the quality & EHS objective

Quality system management

• Be responsible for quality system setting and maintaining
• Be responsible for Quality auditing including internal auditing (system audit, process audit, product audit) and external auditing (3^rd audit, customer audit)
• To prepare and conduct internal audit according to the annual audit plan to ensure implementation effectiveness and continuous improvement of management system through the entire organization
• To prepare and co-work with customer quality engineer to handle customer auditing, ensure quality system alight with customer requirement
• Summary audit finding and define corrective action with related department
• Follow up corrective action with related department to have finding close on time
• Analyse audit result as input to improve overall quality system
• To support and cultivate of quality mindset in the overall organization

    EHS system management

• Create and develop health, safety, and environmental policies as followed local authority and group strategy.
• Create a safe environment by making sure they have all the necessary equipment for team.
• Making sure that the employees have all the necessary tools to finish their work safely is also a part of the responsibility.
• Conduct ongoing review of operations and processes to identify potential hazards, risks and control measures that should be implemented to reduce these risks.
• Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices.
• Supervise the operation of any potential hazards in the workplace.

• Investigate workplace accidents and injuries.
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to Manager.
• Reports to concerned authorities as requested or mandated by regulations.
• Ensuring that EHS compliance with group, local authorities and customer expectation.
• Management system documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents.

Requirement

• Have a minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality management and/or EHS management
• Backgound is Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• Good understanding of 5 core quality tools APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP
• Excellent knowledge of legislations and procedures, 5S, RCA, …
• High level of problem solving and analytical skill- understanding of root cause analysis tools 5 whys, Logic tree...
• Ability to multi – task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Having knowledge ISO14000, ISO45000, ISO9001/IATF16949, internal auditor certificate is advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Well organized and good statistical ability
• Problem solving ability and organizational/ planning skills
