1. Inbound management:

l Process purchase orders (PO) from customers and place corresponding orders. Coordinate with global internal teams, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations in compliance with import/export regulations.

l Ensure suppliers are fully informed about all necessary import documentation, permit requirements, and any import restrictions before goods are exported.

l Prepare report to Chemical Dept.

l Collaborate directly with Tax and Customs authorities for cargo inspections, HS code verification, and the processing of import/export tax refunds.

l Stay informed on current and evolving legislation and Free Trade Agreements to secure Tax Preferential Certificates of Origin (COO).

l Handle sample import declaration.

2. Outbound management:

l Coordinate deliveries (including transportation, warehousing) to ensure they are cost-effective while ensuring customers receive their goods on time and in excellent condition.

l Work closely with freight forwarders and other logistics partners to resolve any transportation or customs-related issues.

l Optimize shipping routes and methods to reduce lead-time and transportation costs.

3. Warehouse management:

l Collaborate with third party warehouse service to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

l Monitor inventory levels and shelf-life, forecast sales volumes to maintain appropriate stock levels, keep record of Daily warehouse report

Monitor warehouse expenses, auditing the accuracy of the records and physicals.

·       Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably in an FDI trading company, with a specialization in chemical trading being a strong advantage.

·       Soft Skills:

-        Teamwork and effective communication skills to collaborate with other team members or other branches.

-        Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to complete projects on time.

·       Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and ability to manage multiple priorities

·       Other Requirements:

-     Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

-     Must possess a high level of integrity and demonstrate honesty in all aspects of the job.

-        Self-learning capability and keeping up-to-date with knowledge and regulations.
