Being the first Apparel & Accessories Excellence in the Technical & Quality team in Vietnam, you will lead the bulk production IE project with On T1 suppliers and manage the risk assessment during development to ensure production feasibility.
Your Team:
We, the Technical & Quality team, are responsible for ensuring the best quality product and highest production efficiency for On. We must try and meet the needs and demands of sportive consumers.

Your Mission:
Manufacturing Excellence will be responsible for deploying a Lean manufacturing strategy in On Global suppliers for the best quality, lowest cost, and shortest lead time through Just in Time, Kaizen, automation, digitalization, and AI implementation processes.

- Design and build the manufacturing excellence flow for new styles and carry over style season to season.
- Lead the product feasibility meeting with the supplier to review the production process, bottle neck, and critical operation.
- Work with supplier’s production and IE to fine tune the production layout, kaizen machinery - zig and tool, new process, new technology for cost reduction, increase efficiency and quality improvement.
- Lead the Lean project with On manufacturing partners: Drive the lean mindset , build up the Kaizen environment, optimization throughout internal and external partners
- Establishing the Manufacturing Excellence KPI (Efficiency, Cost saving …) and monitor program to evaluate supplier performance periodically for continuous improvement
