Negotiating sales contracts, discussing the agreement terms
Preparing sales contracts; and following up on purchase orders, production, and shipments. Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers. Develop relationships with Business Partners and expand the market.
Coordinate with other departments to support together
Enhance effective communication internally & externally
Customer focus and solution-oriented. Results and impact-oriented.
Other duties may be assigned by the management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
Proven experience in international business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong understanding of global market dynamics, cultural differences, and business practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans to achieve business objectives.
Business level proficiency in English is a must as our clients are foreigners.
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Provide support to other Departments, Enthusiasm, Work oriented, Team player.
Proven experience in international business development, sales, or related roles.
