Saigon Coworking has been the first coworking space in Ho Chi Minh City since 2013. We’ve built various affordable workspaces and other services for individuals, startups, and business owners so that they can focus on their core businesses without hassles.
We are looking for a property manager who will make Saigon Coworking great and manage a smooth running operation. You’ll need to be an accomplished multi-tasker, able to pre-empt issues before become problems.
A. Member management
- Conduct the check-in/ check-out procedure for members, ensuring smooth onboard and offboarding for guests, including contract preparation
- Communicate and assist members, and potential guests regarding the terms and conditions of the special leasing
- Manage members' complaints and solve any ad-hoc requirements
- Support walk-in visits and BD requirements to improve the occupancy of the property
B. Property management
- Manage vendors: security, maids, handyman, facilities supplier;
- Managing the platforms and channels to ensure (i) listing of the spaces, (ii) the message is response timely;
- Ensure the space is clean and up to standard;
- Work with vendors to furnish, decorate, and clean within budget;
- Maintain and ensure stable internet and electricity services;
- Ensure the execution of regular maintenance, inspect and identify the issue to improve the space;
C. Administration
- Update members' database;
- Work with the accounting team to update members' information, and monthly invoices and ensure timely payment;
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Working location: Saigon Coworking – Airport
Working time: 40 hours, from Monday to Friday

- At least one year of relevant work experience in hospitality management, house leasing, administration, reception, or customer service
- Be able to operate independently, proactively approach to solve problems
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Sociable, open-minded, and good self-management skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Able to work effectively with foreigner
