Our client is a well-established company specializing in soft toy manufacturing, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They are seeking an experienced R&D Director to lead their product development team, ensuring seamless collaboration between design, production, and customers. The ideal candidate will drive new product innovation, oversee sample development, and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Working time: Monday to Friday

Location: Binh Thanh, Ho Chi Minh

Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customers, and Production teams to drive product innovation and development.

- Translate customer ideas, sketches, drawings, and samples into feasible product designs while ensuring manufacturability.

- Clarify and refine product specifications by working directly with customers and internal teams to meet expectations.

- Develop and implement technical documentation, including material specifications and production guidelines.

- Lead the sample development process, ensuring high-quality prototypes that align with customer requirements.

- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring sample approvals and modifications are completed on schedule.

- Conduct sample evaluations and product testing to maintain quality, durability, and compliance with safety standards.

- Coordinate with Quality Control and Production teams to ensure seamless transition from development to mass production.

- Stay ahead of industry trends, safety regulations, and material innovations to enhance product design and competitiveness.
