Analyze the financial situation of the enterprise.
Ensure the use and control of investment funds of the company.
Strategic planning of finance, budget implementation, financial planning, annual reserve fund.
Support to manage and direct control of the financial system of the company. Support to improve the process of company. Build up the SOP.
Coordinate with the specialized department and other departments in the company.
Do the annual reports, consolidated reporting. Support to build up the KPI.
Develop a policy of rational distribution of profits.
Ensure that assets of the enterprise to be controlled and used in a reasonable manner and profitability.
Evaluate, check and forecast analysis of financial activities of the accounting department, contracts projects and new investment.
Translate documents from Vietnamese to English/chinese and vise versa (if any)
Perform the work authorized by CFO.
Other work assigned by Senior Deputy Director.Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role.
Fluent at English ( immediate level ) , Chinese ( HSK4-5 ) is a plus.
Good knowledge of accounting.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.Healthcare: annual health check, insurance according to Labor Law and extra health insurance package.
