1.Responsible for all management and use of labor, machinery and equipment most effectively.

2.Responsible for planning production, organizing and executing the implementation of production plans to ensure technology, product quality, and productivity of the department.

3.Responsible for well implementing the company's regulations on labor management, asset management, production management, labor hygiene and safety

4.Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments of the company, implementing daily, weekly and monthly reporting regime.

5.Organize and implement production processes and product quality processes

6.Organize and provide technical guidance according to customer requirements

7.Coordinate and collaborate with other departments in the company during operations

8.Instruct and supervise employees in the department on production processes, plan implementation, and properly implement labor hygiene and safety procedures

9.Summarize and evaluate performance results in the professional fields of department staff

10.Balance the production capacity of the department, proactively recommend human resources, equipment, and train employees according to the needs of the company
