We are looking for an HR manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes with strong recruiting experience. As our HR Manager in Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in driving our people strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions in the Country. Key Responsibilities:
● Strategic HR Management:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.
● Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolutions.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as training and development programs, recognition, and satisfaction surveys.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
● Performance Management and Development:
- Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
● People Operations and Administration:
- Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle HR-related transactions, including benefits container administration, leave management, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits container program.
● Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
● Reporting and Decision Support:
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
