Are you a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator passionate about delivering successful projects? If you have a proven track record of managing and executing projects in the IT industry, we want to hear from you. Detail:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and fostering collaboration.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, providing regular project updates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, conducting quality assessments as necessary.
• Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Strong project management skillset - with experience working on Agile, Lean, and Waterfall projects.
• Experience in managing large-scale IT projects is preferred.
• Nice to have experience in ERP or CRM, Marketing projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across different seniority levels.
• Excellent analytical and effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering (e.g. workflow, Mockups, Use Cases) and translating them into user journeys.
• Working knowledge on the following:
  • Requirement documentation (e.g. user stories creation) and test analysis
  • Databases and data structure
  • User journey mapping
• A recognized professional qualification in Project Management, Business Analysis or Agile will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Financial applications and Equity Trading will be advantageous.
• English proficiency is a must
