Mô tả Công việc
1. Inventory Management:
- Arrange goods neatly, in the right position in the warehouse diagram.
- The goods entering the warehouse must be arranged by team or by buyer.
- Manage all materials in the warehouse and collect after other departments use.
- Update the data file as soon as there is a change in import and export
2. Mechanical, Electrical Management:
- Repair electrical systems, electrical controls, and electrical systems for lighting machines and equipment in the office upon request from relevant departments.
- Manage materials, tools, instruments and equipment under their management.
3. Office Management:
- Maintain of fabric and materials warehouse, office equipment
- Receive and deliver goods to the relevant department. Coordinate with courier service to make sure the delivery goes smoothly.
- Order goods periodically.
- Administrative activities: assist conference programs and events for the company.
- Other tasks are assigned by line manager.

***Job requirements:
- Graduated from high school or above
- Al least 6 months - 1 years of experience as the same role.
- Flexible, able to act independently
- Pro-active problem solver
- Self-motivated, team player, prepared to work under pressure
