 Initiate new product TGA, process characterization for NPI projects and optimization programs to drive yield, quality, cost, and cycle time improvements. Owner for yield performance, quality issue investigation and lead the continuous improvement projects for new product launch.
 Assume leadership role in addressing major delivery issues. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects. Drive all related engineering projects to be on time, on budget, and meet the project goals
 Coordination with NPI/NPD, manufacturing, equipment engineering teams and other support functions to execute business plans.
 Coordinate with manufacturing, equipment, manufacturing support function to execute business plan.
 Effectively communicate all relevant information to manufacturing personnel.
 Ensure conformance of organization to processes and controls.
 Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for the organization.
 Coordination of training and advancement programs to ensure continuous personnel development within the organization.
 Encourage workers to report violations of company labor, ethics and EHS policies.
 Ensure identified labor, ethics and EHS issues are corrected in a timely manner.
 Lead as engineering liaison with new product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible
