The Senior Retoucher is responsible for retouching, compositing and manipulating digital/film images to produce a high-quality output for print and web as well as quality control based on client creative briefs.

You will be working closely with the Editorial Team, Team Supervisors & Post Production Manager. This position is only for highly detailed individuals with flexibility in skill sets and high levels of mastery in advanced retouching techniques. Ideal candidates are outstanding communicators (in both English and Vietnamese) and able to handle several tasks in parallel while challenging and streamlining communication internally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retouch assigned digital images to client’s and editorial standards.
- Understand and apply non-destructive retouching techniques for editing & color grading.
- High level of knowledge regarding editorial techniques for beauty, skin, hair & jewelry retouching.
- Create complex composite images, with multiple varying exposures & focus stacking.
- Experience with monitor calibration and ICC proofing profiles (advantageous)
- Review Client specifications and creative briefs for retouching and execution.
- Make final edits, color corrections, and quality check images as needed by the team.
- Comply with established workflows and procedures to achieve excellent results consistently.
- Stay updated on the latest photo editing trends, innovations, and industry standards.
- Mentor and cultivate team members’ skills to elevate overall performance and quality outputs.
- Encourage self-motivation, proactivity, and readiness to provide new and creative ideas within the team.
