• Develop recruitment plans aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates.
• Manage and optimize recruitment channels, maintaining strong relationships with headhunters, universities, and HR communities.
• Enhance the Candidate Experience to strengthen the employer brand.
• Analyze recruitment data and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency.

• Plan and implement internal and external employer branding campaigns.
• Manage content across social media platforms and the company’s career site.
• Coordinate and organize recruitment events such as career talks, workshops, and campus recruitment programs.
• Develop innovative HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.

• Support in identifying training needs and developing internal training programs aligned with the company’s HR strategy.
• Organize and oversee training sessions, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
• Assist in the development of career paths and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.

• Propose and develop HR policies that align with the company’s strategic growth.
• Update and refine HR policies based on market trends, labor regulations, and employee feedback.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure the seamless implementation of policies.
• Assess the effectiveness of HR policies and suggest improvements to enhance employee experience.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, ensuring fairness and transparency.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in recruitment or employer branding.
• Proficient in using HR software, recruitment tools, and HR management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and analytics to drive decision-making.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with internal communication tools and social media is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, creativity, and a high sense of responsibility.

Salary & Allowance

• Salary: 15,000,000 - 22,000,000 VND Gross
• Probationary work with 100% salary.
• Lunch allowance (50.000 VND/day) and technological devices provided such as laptops and external screens. Free parking fee.
