** Position purpose: The purpose of the role is to translate product vision and requirements from the product owner into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team to design, build and test a software solution; and serving as a liaison between Product owners and developers.

** Accountabilities and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Operational Management
• Gather and document business and system requirements from the Product owners
• Assist with designing features, suggest ideas, and provide solutions.
• Creating and managing the Jira cards and working with the developers to ensure they are on schedule.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Ensure effective completion of allocated and prioritised work
• Perform testing of systems for reliability and functionality before features are released
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Provide well thought out perspectives based on analysis and research.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Maintain Automated testing coverage to ensure software quality.

Quality / Customer
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing applications and features.

Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated with latest software development practices.
• Ensure familiarity with cyber security and safeguard sensitive information.
• Maintain a regular focus on removing technical debt and improving processes
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

Communication and Professionalism
• Excellent ability to understand requirements, ask questions and align on the ideal solution.
• Communicate and escalate any technical or process related issues that block delivery, aligned to manager guidance
