Mô tả Công việc
Working location: Runway Store, District 1, HCMC
Working time: Morning Shift (8am - 4pm) and Afternoon shift (12am - 8pm) | 6 days per week
Key tasks
- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Welcome every Client and provide the best Client experience
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty
- Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
- Respect Runway Vietnam standards in terms of grooming and behavior
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in sales with prestige or luxury brands is preferable
- Experience in exceeding established sales goals and providing exceptional customer experience
- Strong drive to set and achieve targeted sales and personal income goals
- Willingness to follow up, and follow-up again with our guests and clients
- Good-to-excellent self-learning skill is essential
