Understanding Geniee's services from an intellectual and applied perspective; transfer that knowledge to clients - website owner (Publisher)
Acquiring new publishers using multiple approaches.
Effectively and strategically present advertising opportunities to Publisher clients. This includes advertising opportunities that the Publisher partner is not currently taking advantage of.
Working directly with Publisher partners to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Tracking, analyzing and providing suggestions to optimize client performance
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to provide publisher client ultimate support.
Being responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships with direct supervisor and other departmentsMust-haves:
Advanced Chinese level (at least HSK4) and intermediate English communication
Be eager to learn, be able to work independently or work in a team
Outgoing, good communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher
Experience in online marketing and market research
B2B Sales experience
Numerate and analytical: Understand online performance metrics and advertising investment decisionsCommission: Individual commission when reaching quaterly sales target.
