The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities;
Business Development
- Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
- Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our products and services Customer Account Management
- Proactively keep track of customers’ needs and satisfaction level to encourage existing customers to continue using our products/ services, and issue renewal contracts.
- Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
- Ensure full set of signed contract and customers’ company profile are passed over to operation team for scheduling products/service delivery as soon as possible.
- University Degree level or equivalent education
- 2 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
- Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven
- Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of ISO Standards will be advantageous
- Working experience and knowledge of the ICT Sector will be advantageous
- Commercial understanding of the compliance industry, minimum 2 years quality system management work experience is preferred.

- Dịch vụ online – Cung cấp online website cho Nhà tuyển dụng có thể đăng tin tuyển dụng, thông tin công ty, khai thác nguồn dữ liệu ứng viên tiềm năng và Người tìm việc có thể đăng hồ sơ giới thiệu về bản thận, tiếp cận với các cơ hội nghề nghiệp.
- Tư vấn quản lý nguồn nhân lực,
- Tư vấn hệ thống nhân sự, xây dựng mô tả công việc, cấu trúc phòng ban, đánh giá nhân sự, KPI. Xây dựng chính sách lương, thưởng, quy chế công ty.
- Tứ vấn luật lao động, quản hệ lao động, xử lý kỹ luật lao động và sa thải, cấu trúc lại nhân sự
- Dịch vụ tính và báo cáo lương, BHXH, thuế TNCN.
