This position shall take responsibility in overseeing and monitoring digital communication activities, including but not limited to making communication plan, operating communication activity with team in order to lead company growth by strengthening brand power through efficient and effective communication.
• Supervising & controlling the activities as below:
- Planning:
Collaborating with team to create digital communication plan by utilizing digital tools such as Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Operating:
Working with the agency to operate the created plan on schedule.
Proposing an improvement plan to superiors quickly if there is an unexpected problem in the process of operation.
- Review:
Reviewing the results with high level of accuracy and reliability after performing assigned tasks relating to communication activity.
- Payment:
Checking and discussing with agency about quotation in terms of cost efficiency and effects maximization.
Making sure that the promised content in quotation is executed and proceed the payment process with accounting section.
• Providing support/ coaching/ education for subordinates in daily operation.
• Understand department’s strategy/ target and complete assignments in own area of management and responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Have Bachelor’s Degree.
• Have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, 2+ years of experience in brand management/ research (preferably in FMCG), 2+ years of experience in management positions.
• Be proficient in English (4 skills), Microsoft Offices and Power BI.
• Having strong knowledge about digital marketing, especially Facebook fan page operation, content creation for Facebook and YouTube, etc.
• Have knowledge in social media (KPI, evaluate performance), structure of networks & systems on digital channels and web/app.
• Have knowledge & skill in data analytics/statistical analysis and date management (with 3+ years of experience).
• Have strong communication, plan setting & execution, problem solving, leadership, resource management, project management and business management skills.
• Have experience in implementing DX such as CMP/ CRM/ MMM/ Power PI.
