The Role

This role provides the opportunity to transform the customer experience from both technical and business perspectives. By leading the adoption of new technology stacks and modernizing legacy monolithic applications, you will enhance service value and significantly impact the overall business.

We seek a leader with both technical expertise and a business-oriented mindset to drive this success. Your mission is to build a cross-functional ID platform that provides a smooth service experience to our customers, promotes site usage, and enhances the overall value of our business.

Lead technology selection and software architecture decisions
Manage project timelines and deliverables
Ensure code quality and release quality
Facilitate smooth communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success
Ensure the security level meets business requirements
Operate the core platform services in the production environment and develop additional features

Ideal Profile

You possess over 10 years of comprehensive experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
You have proven expertise in team and organizational development, having successfully led more than 5 major development projects.
You demonstrate advanced decision-making skills in defining product and technical specifications for complex, multi-team collaborative projects.
You are skilled in interface design and process architecture, particularly for systems that integrate multiple platforms or modules, with a focus on SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
You have extensive experience managing high-traffic applications, specializing in transaction processing and load optimization using relational databases.
You are capable of setting strategic goals, leading recruitment efforts, and overseeing the evaluation and development of managerial and leadership talent.
You are proficient in conducting business discussions and negotiations in English with international stakeholders.
You possess strong communication in English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.

Nice to Have

You have experience in operating and planning the migration of legacy systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
You possess experience in developing and managing e-commerce platforms, including payment processing and account management systems.
You are adept at monitoring and analyzing business, product, and development performance metrics using advanced tools such as GA4, BigQuery, and Firebase.
