As we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and execution across all three businesses — someone who combines sharp analytical skills with creative thinking and has a proven track record of B2B lead generation, SEO strategy, and cross- cultural communication.

Your Role
You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that:

Bridges local execution with international messaging
Attracts high- quality B2B leads globally
Elevates brand positioning across distinct industries

You’ll work closely with co- CEOs, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals while managing day- to- day marketing activities hands- on.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure brand consistency across cultures and platforms
Own and optimize the content and performance of company websites, landing pages, and lead funnels
Analyze and report on campaign ROI and lead quality
Stay on top of market trends in offshore staffing, animation, and global toy supply chain
Represent marketing in strategic planning and investor communications when needed
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (e.g. design, procurement)
Build compelling B2B presentations, pitch decks, and case studies in PowerPoint
Develop a consistent group- wide voice while tailoring messaging to each brand
Develop and lead integrated B2B marketing strategies for Remote Resources, Saigon Dragon Studios, and Play Trail
Manage CRM and email automation flows for prospect nurturing and engagement
Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)

Who You Are

Strong track record in SEO, content- driven lead gen, and direct marketing
Fluent English speaker
5–8 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in B2B marketing
Based in Ho Chi Minh City; this is an on- site role
Data- driven with a high bar for performance and results
Experience across multiple industries or verticals is a plus
Strong sense of aesthetic and messaging alignment
A strategic generalist: you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution
Culturally intelligent, with ability to craft messaging for Western and Asian markets
Excellent PowerPoint and presentation- building skills
