• Review Contract Performance (Sales and Purchase) and report to General Director. Explains variance of performance.
• Records keeping and following up of assigned task given by General Director.
• Bi-weekly Business Analysis Report to General Director.
• Assess internal control risks and provide advice to General Director/Head ofDepartments (HODs) on internal control process.
• Follow up with HODs on behalf of General Director and monitors progress on specific assigned action items.
• Generates Flash Report up to NPBT.
• Annual Budget Preparation. Coordinates with Finance dept to develop relevant Budget template. Works closely with all HODs to collect input in required template. Intimate understanding of line item required.
• Perform other tasks required by Management Team.

• Working time: From Monday to Friday/ Morning Saturday.
