Manage & plan to maximize production resources to meet sales needs, balance efficiency & production costs (including: production costs, human resources, equipment...)

Plan and directly manage inventory levels and raw material plans to meet production needs

- Prepare and agree monthly production plans with factory departments to meet the medium-term production plan (MPS or customer forecast for the next 3-4 months)

- Monitor and recommend improvements in production & materials planning processes.

- Develop and maintain compliance with production planning and Material planning management processes

- Prepare and request Raw materials plans to meet the needs of short and medium-term production plans

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials & finished products (at DC warehouses) in compliance with inventory policy

- Every quarter, together with the senior supply planning manager, review and issue inventory policies applicable to the following quarter.

- Review, evaluate and promptly report hazards affecting the process of supplying raw materials, production, and DRP

- Lead & develop a team of employees below to meet the company's overall goals

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated from technical or economic university

- Experience managing production planning and materials planning teams > 5 years at FMCG companies

- Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems

- Closely cooperate with departments

- Coaching and training of employees

- Analytical & problem solving skills

- Good at microsoft Office
