Mô tả công việc
- Inform the Directly Manager of any complaints or any other problems that may arise.
- Ensure that any orders or decisions taken by the Directly Manager are strictly followed up.
- React to all daily operating problems and complaints rose and to offer solutions.
- Ensure verification of authorization of purchase requisition.
- Be responsible for the selection and approval of the best suppliers.
- Negotiate with different suppliers in order to obtain the best deal.
- Ensure the issue and approval of purchase order.
- Record all purchase made by the order.
- Give a copy of purchase order to the stores.
- Carry out market survey and provide a report to Directly Manager of the latest market statues
- Report any major complaints in the hotel to the Directly Manager.
- Assist in any administrative work implemented by Directly Manager.
- Attends to all correspondence/inquiries directed to him and which require his personal attention.
- Prepare monthly and year-end reports for submission to the Directly Manager.
- Administration of purchasing department and overlook store operation.
- Comply with all Finance procedures on a daily basis.
