Scheduling Team Leader - Schools Link Program is in charge of managing the teachers and TA's teaching schedule at partner schools.

- Monitor Scheduling team's daily performance such as making timetables, finding cover, preparing timesheets, teaching hour report, updating teachers profiles

- Managing and updating the general database of foreign teachers the whole academic year.

- Projection of teachers and teaching assistants required for a new school year

- Involve in reviewing the teachers and teaching assistants’ pay structure and contract to suggest a change before a new school year

- Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

- Other duties assigned by HOD

- Working time: Daytime Mon - Fri (early morning tasks included - discussing in the interview)

**REQUIREMENT**

- University Degree, Age Above 32

- Confident in English (4 skills)

- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

- Experience in education, customer service, hospitality fields

- Great communication and leadership skills

- Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative working manner

- Good at Excel, word, Google Suits

- Work well under pressure and handle stress

- Decision Making and Problem Solving

- Multiple tasks and detailed oriented
