• Plan and develop SEO & SEM strategies in conjunction with the company’s overall goals and objectives
• Plan and optimize advertising activities on digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc)
• Identify trends and audience insights, and optimize budget to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and performance based on the insights for the best ROI results
• Tweak your strategies by evaluating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of all existing marketing channels to determine and make necessary adjustments to optimize marketing effectiveness
• Understand our products inside out. Working directly with Sales Team and CEO to analyze market/ competitor information to find the industry gaps, set up marketing and advertising goals for the brand, and propose proper business strategy.
• Organize internal training events for employee branding

• At least 3 years of experience in a Digital MarketingColleges or bachelor's degrees in marketing, Commerce, Economics, Media, or related fields
• Proven experience and success across SEO, SEM, and Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, ...) or Facebook platforms
• Working experience in the software company, preferably in outsourcing IT company Creative, active, hard-working, good communication, strong project management, and teaming skills
• Able to communicate in English
