Accountability Statement / Role SummaryThe Data Analyst role is pivotal in driving success to our customer by designing and configuring data solutions within our products. Primary accountability lies in interpreting requirements provided by the business analysts and clients, conceptualizing these in technical terms and working to configure data solutions to meet the customer need both alone and with other data analysts.KEY CONTRIBUTIONSFunctional/Technical
Design, create and configure data deliverables based on technical and business specifications.
Leads specific project activities within the implementation related to data configuration.
Interfaces with Client, colleagues, and development/product on tactical and functional issues
Ensures Quality Control testing is adhered to.
Conducts product training for internal onboarding.
Demonstrate product competency and ability to implement best practices, share this knowledge with colleagues and customers.
Collaborate with team members mostly but also sometimes external stakeholders/partners (as applicable) to ensure work priorities are met or issues are escalated.
Analyze, research and resolve complex data issues both independently and through interaction with the business analysis team, colleagues and other departments.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of company processes.Technical Competencies / Specialized SkillsEssential Competencies
Proficiency with Confluence products
Proficiency with current technologies, including, but not limited to:
Scripting and querying in data stores such as Oracle and/or SQL Server
Data visualization and mapping software (Tableau, Mapforce, etc.)
Ability to pass background, credit checks, and drug screens and/or fingerprinting based upon client or company requirements.
Understands project management standards.
Proactively seeks opportunities for individual and team development.

Bachelor's degree in technical field.
Two or more years of technical and data analysis work; experience with financial services software or data governance preferred.
