Candidate will be involved in all O&M activities, support asset managers, developers, and financiers for residential, commercial, and utility scale PV systems.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ability to understand idea design, detailed layout, both DC and AC electrical design.
• Proficient in concept design, layout, and DC electrical design.
• Develop corrective action plans and preventive actions through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with O&M engineers to enhance plant availability.
• Coordinate operations with EVN through close communication.
• Keep up with industry practices and technologies, seeking novel construction methods and processes.
• Collaborate with regional O&M to transfer techniques and knowledge to Vietnam.
• Implemented SCADA to supervise all PV systems remotely.
• Analyze PV panel testing, including thermography and IV curves.
• Establish solar power plant operation and quality/safety requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper paperwork and address any outstanding commitments with the owner near the warranty period.
• Create checklists for reviewing or inspecting completed solar installations.
• Support management with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Coordinate with OEM to resolve technical issues with the PV system
• Assess components' health and schedule refurbishment
• Manage spare parts and generated purchase requests
• Schedule preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize PV system availability and yield.
• Provide proactive maintenance advice to reduce warranty claims and energy production downtime.
• Plan and prepare site O&M budgets
• Lead technical due diligence team for M&A transactions.
• On-site suppervision for O&M activities align with Group HSSE requirement.
