- Responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, fixed asset, inter-company charging and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of month-end closing management report, quarterly financial forecasts, and relevant submission to the Authorities in accordance with the Company's policy, local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage monthly cash flow, AR & AP and ensure team members transaction records are accurate and on time and be responsible for reconciliation of accounting ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports per internal system requirements and Vietnam tax law.
- Working with auditors for annual financial statements; coordinate and assist in the auditing process.
- Assist to consolidate the annual expense budget from all user departments.
- Actively investigate the movement in financial results and analyze the causes/affects to the performance of business units (both actual and forecast).
- Engage in cost control, financial reporting setup and fixed asset reporting as per requirements and regulations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.
