This position is responsible for the quality and productivity of all production employees staffed on designated lines, as well as departmental safety. Additionally, the Team Leader position is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality procedures and for participation in performance management processes.
• Assist the manager in the coordination of Shipping and Receiving schedules
• Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees assigned to designated tasks
• Enforce all safety and quality processing procedures.
• Manufacture products as necessary.
• Enable effective communications between management and operators
• Evaluate new employees and coach existing employees.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with company policies
• Investigate and report all incidents (accidents, poor performance, kit shortages, kitting errors, excessive scrap).
• Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas.• Male from 24-35 years.
• Graduated from College/ University which major relate Mechanical, automation, mechatronics insdustry.
• 3+ years of supervision experience and leadership characteristics.
• Ability to effectively drive for results in a union environment.
• Ability to coach and guide for results.
• Possesses strong change management skills.
• Resolves conflict, as needed.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good at English(speaking and writing, reading, listening skill).
• High responsibility, eager to learn and good personality.
• A valid passport is required.
Salary & Benefits:
• Competitive salary package.
• Working time 8:00 - 5:00 from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
