Mô Tả Công Việc
● Execute recruitment & hiring arrangements.
● Implementing policies related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees.
● Employees’ working time attendance, calculating salary, bonuses, annual leaves for employees; proposing payment of wages, bonuses, and allowances to employees
● Issuing, monitoring and extending labour contracts, issuing appendix of labour contracts; ensuring proper & prompt issue of the labour contract, the labour contract annexe,
● Drafting and issuing decisions and notices of HR and the company
● Consulting/explaining employees' questions related to salary, insurance...
● To make labor declaration reports and reports according to State regulations.
● Regularly update state regulations and policies on social insurance law and labor law
● Update and implement policies on salary, labor, social insurance of the State or the company for employees
● Update and manage employee records
●Support managers in appraisal process for staff
● Propose ideas and organize for internal activities/events such as monthly activities, monthly birthday parties & year-end party, Teambuilding, etc. in order to promote a good working environment and solid teamwork, uplift the team’s spirit.
● Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor

● At least 2-3 years of working experience as HR in an manufacturing companies.
●Permanent living in Dong Nai (work location: Thanh Phu Industrial Zone)
● Well-versed in writing & speaking skill in English and Vietnamese
● Good communication and presentation skills is a plus
● Be self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently both effectively and efficiently, as well as team-work with partners.
● Honest, energetic, empathetic and passionate.
● Open to new experiences.
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills
●Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
●Detail-oriented, highly organized and service minded
●Proficient in Microsoft Office

Việc hoàn thành thành công Nhà máy SEW-Eurodrive củng cố thêm danh mục các dự án nhà máy sản xuất cơ khí của SEAS.
