Responsibilities:

• A good understanding of basic physical principles/pKey Performance Indicators:
• All of stamping quality manufacturing concerns are addressed by TRA
• Zero stamping process related issues at EB1
• Stamping Manufacturing readiness and PEFP readiness 100% in time
• Achieve planned stamping manufacturing line rate and FPY 99% within 1 week since MP start; On HOT projects 25% higher than planned line rate within two weeks since MP
• Kaizen (sustaining improvement) activities completed on time no less than 90%
• ME Project Dashboard for all responsible products as per the respective program timing, to be completed and aligned with actual situation during NPD/NPI until MP.
• Stamping Manufacturing documents uploading on time 100%, and update on time 100% by each EB and/or pilot-run
• Complete tasks and/or objectives set by direct Manager or appropriate Snr Management
Minimum Qualifications / Experience:
• The ideal candidate will have a degree-level technical qualification, probably Mechanical or Industrial Design Engineering, with significant design content.
• Minimum of 5-8+ years experience in a mechanical/product design environment
• Vacuum experience, or experience in the consumer goods household appliance space strongly preferred
• Great communication skills
• Proven structured approach to creative problem solving
