We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce & Digital Marketing professional to join the Marketing team at WHP Co., Ltd - PHU BAO GROUP. You will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, managing online platforms, optimizing sales performance, and enhancing user experience. Additionally, you will lead digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and brand awareness.

• Develop and drive the e-commerce strategy, setting clear online revenue goals aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage e-commerce platforms, including online marketplaces, e-stores, and mobile applications.
• Establish revenue targets to successfully execute strategies.
• Monitor website performance and optimize user experience (UX).
• Run targeted campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to boost online engagement.

• Oversee digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, and CRM.
• Implement SEO, social media, and email/SMS marketing campaigns.
• Allocate resources strategically and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Track key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.

• Develop and manage content schedules to maintain engaging and consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless execution of digital and e-commerce strategies.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management regarding the progress and effectiveness of e-commerce and marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on e-commerce and digital marketing trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in online marketing or e-commerce, preferably in the consumer goods or healthcare industry.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, email/SMS marketing, and digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and social engagement.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to create engaging content and manage content marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets within short timeframes.

• Salary for 100% KPI achievement: 20,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND
