Objective of role:
The Operation Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for building and ensuring implementation the operation process of Ecommerce.

Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities
Ecommerce operation
▪ Develop and improve Ecommerce operations flow and processes based on historical data, current policies as well as plan to bring service excellence to consumers.
▪ Coordinate Purchase Order creation, respective shipping process, and goods receiving.
▪ Manage inventory on site and physical stock by implementing stock-in and stock-out processes.
▪ Manage returns and exchanges.
▪ Co-lead and manage to perform functions in e-commerce operation team.
▪ Coordinate with Supply chain department to ensure the Ecommerce logistics related.
▪ Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.

Website operation
▪ Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website.
▪ Involved in campaign management, including execute the plan of product promotion, product launches, product listing, campaign follow up on website.
▪ Liaise with marketing team on artwork requirements and monitor deadlines for completion.
▪ Organize and lead the thorough testing of any new function on website, processes or training material to ensure the solution is fit for purpose, and defects or issues can be resolved before roll
out.
