Position Summary

The Warehouse Senior Leader will be in charge for warehouse & delivery activities for entire company. We need candidate not only not fear the hand job but also the desk job.

Essential Job Functions

• Work on the daily input and output delivery for the company
• Manage the work of warehouse staff to complete the delivery tasks, the warehouse arrangement, product labeling, categorizing & cleaning
• Work with trucking vendors to arrange the delivery and get trucking quotes for the approval
• Coordinate with other department such as Sales Department, Financial Department to arrange the delivery, counting the stock, manage the inventory
• Be responsible for keep inventory safe and efficient
• Report to Office Manager/Operation Manager for the tasks, the unusual happening to the stock

· Other duties as assigned.

Education/Training

·         College degree in business administration, logistic and warehousing or other related field.

Experience & Skill

• Minimum of 3 years’ of operating as warehousing or logistic leader or in a related role.
• Used to work with the online warehouse platform/software like Kiot Viet, Odoo, Misa, Fast, etc. to track the delivery work-flow
• Well-operating warehouse tools like fork-lift, hand-lift, roller ,etc.
• Ability to communicate in English, reading literature in English
• Ability to console & file the data of inventory
