Responsibilities

1 Ensure daily export operations are completed as per buyer procedures

2 Checking garment status and Create Container Load Plan for factory loading team

3 Update export data in real time basis

4 Working with forwarders for booking and document submission

5 Submit ASN and all other related documents through buyer system

6 Checking local charges debit note for logistics payment

7 Solve all shipment issues (get extension, customs issues…)

8 Support factories for barcode carton label issue

9 Follow and report cargo schedule

10 Addtional tasks (if any) by Head of Department

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree or above.

· Over 3 Years of experience in Garment industry

· Problem solving Skills

· Time management

· Excellent Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (if Vietnamese is nature language)

· Ability to work under pressure,

· Interpersonal Skills

· Negotiation Skills
