- Manage the organization's financial operations and provide guidance on financial operations matters, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. - Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization. - Ensure accurate and timely financial and tax reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. - Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processes. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and organizational policies. - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authority as needed. - Assist in other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks. - A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and similar scale. - Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. - Excellent written communication in English. - Excellent knowledge of MS Office. - Integrity and trustworthiness.
