COMPANY INTRODUCTION:YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. *** YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Complete formalities and documents for shipments
• Have at least 5 years of experience in import and export operations: do invoice-packing list of exports, do C / O, contact shipping lines to apply for Export Booking .
• Declare import-export customs declarations on the Ecus system
• Provide VGM ship bill making information
• Make a request for payment of import and export costs....
• Experience in making customs finalization reports
• Solve any issue related import/export shipments from other staff
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience as export processing enterprises
